The Term Detention may be taken to mean:- arrest, confinment, custody or locking up
Goods under detention may result in the goods being restored, may be auctioned at the Queens Warehouse or subsequently seized.
Seizures are made after investigations and deliberation by the Commission who then in writing indicates that the goods will not be returned to the import/exporter/ passenger by way of a forfeiture Notice and subsequentlya Seizure Notice.

An example c138487 note frozen fish as per invoice uploaded " frozen atlantic salmon fillet trim" they had tariff- 1604110000 (processed) but the tariff change to 03048100 to read (pacific salon - frozen fish so that would be the tariff and its going to precision stated on entry with b/l 20 degree)
Selling commission is added to the price, while BUYING IS NOT ADDED
